Have you ever found yourself in a situation of being so responsible? Life is busy and challenging, But some of the pressure we experience comes from our own unrealistic self-expectations. I felt I’m so tired of everything. I know I don’t have the right to complain. Simplifying life provides emotional and spiritual freedom from the pressures of busyness and consumerism. I have or I must always begin by believing that I can live more richly having less-and then making a commitment to that belief. Then I must determine what is really important to me and make a list of my values. And to be honest and assess where my time and money go in light of those values. Life is getting harder now. People are worried and upset about many things. When we face the inevitable difficulties and setbacks of life that are outside of our control like illness, a difficult relationship, an economic downturn. We need to remember that many of life’s most valuable experiences don’t come easy and require a spirit of perseverance. I trust God for He is the one source of all good gifts and success and the only safe refuge when life is difficult. Lord I come to You with a weary spirit, asking You to renew my strength. Give me the wisdom to take care of myself…

Self Acceptance

No one is perfect in this world. We all have good and bad side. Before accepting others we have to accept first who we are. Why do I find it so hard to share my true self with others? One of my great fears is that if someone truly knows me and get to know me at the core of my being-then there is no possible way that they could love and respect me. Knowing myself being a perfectionist is really hard, many people don’t understands me. But I learn and I tried to change for good. I learn and love others through humility, gentleness, patience, bearing one another in love and committing myself for unity. Perfectionism can reflect a magnificent desire to think, speak and act in the highest forms possible. For me as long I know how to appreciate the excellence instead of demanding perfection of both myself and others, I’ve found that even though my perfectionism not cured, it is currently in remission. And I am blessed because being a human God loves me and he gives me all the reasons and resources I need to accept and love others and myself. The true measure of a person’s worth and beauty is a matter of the heart.

When I was in secondary school. I admired my older brother for he’s so good in playing the “Baseball game.” Since then I began to admire a man who’s good on this ball game. There was one movie about a man a popular and professional baseball player. He was so devoted to his career and he’s not happy for he doesn’t have someone or a family to share with. This movie touches my heart. Because in some ways there is a significance in my life. Just like my favorite ball game. It doesn’t matter if I win or loose the game what matter is I play the game and I will give my very best to play the game. All of us need someone who can be like a hero. Failure only happens when we quit. Whether it be a relationship, a spiritual issue, or a personal soul, as long as I keep trying, I’m in the game. In winning the game we must get rid that hinder us and play the game with perseverance. I thank God for no matter what challenges I face today and tomorrow, “He” provide me with the physical, emotional, and spiritual resources that I need in the game called life.
