Women are said to be in touch with their emotional lives. How many times have you been absent-minded or irritable because of you’re preoccupied with problems concerning family and personal life? I got so emotional this past few days. I got irritated on my daughter’s behavior. She’s acting like a spoiled brat one. As a mother I felt bad and disappointed. It is normal to feel depressed or angry at times. Emotions that are part of human experience become difficult to handle when we can’t identify them. It’s more difficult for me because I don’t know the difference between feeling the emotion and acting on the emotion. I tend more toward “feeling” the emotions, that sometimes leads to poor decision making, thus affecting various aspects of my life. I told to myself. Don’t let personal matter affect your work. when it comes to my family sometimes it’s hard for me to handle difficult situations, if I know how it would be easier for me to cope with my changing moods. Success is achieved by mastering my temper instead of allowing it to master me, and by making decisions that will benefit myself and others. Like what I’ve read in a book. “Good temper, like a sunny day, brightens up everything.” The same attitude is important when we try to master our emotions.
