What is a real happiness? what it takes to be happy in this materialistic world? Some says to have a good career, good family life, achievements of goals, having all the material things we needed in life. Nothing in life will make us more satisfied and more fulfilled than being happy. Is happiness happening in your life? For me it happens sometimes. But I want the real happiness. Someone told me that “happiness cannot come from without. It must come from within.” It is not what we see and touch or that which others do for us what makes us happy, it is that which we think and feel and do, first for the other fellow and then for ourselves. I think “It’s not what life does to me that matters, it is what I do in my life that really matters.” In my pursuit of happiness to be grateful for who I am and be contented for what I have is enough for me to be happy. Happiness is not just a feeling, it’s a condition, a choice and an attitude that we create. Happiness is something that you are, and it comes from the way you think. Happiness is free and achievable. I realize the simple, the cost-free the path to happiness can be. Always think positive. The power to be happy is within you.

Happiness is immeasurable… some people are hard to please, while others are happy enough by mere recognition. True happiness can only be achieve if your heart is free from hatred, your mind is free from worries, we live a simple life with our family and have contentment… lastly, a strong faith with God.
